OK, I take it back, we didn't all do that bad,
Good going to Julio who made it farther than any of us local dudes.
Well it's over, we went, we saw and we got owned.
Highlight of my day was getting to meet and hang out with Guitar Hero Pro Gamer Starslay3r
She is really cool to hang out with, gave me autograph for my Daughter, and I get to say
"I bought Starslay3r a drink!" She said she would try and make it down here for Border Rumble,
I hope she does, she plays a mean Honda, she made it farther then any of us from Laredo :-)
HOPE TO SEE YOU DOWN HERE IN LAREDO IN OCTOBER STAR!

On this episode of "Ono Tweets", SSF 4 producer Yoshitori Ono says: "All right , here we go, everybody ! Chun-Li's Ultra Combo was moving on Arcade board. Just give us a little more t(ime)".... well lets what else he adds to the arcade version... i dont know about you people but i would love to see some new characters.... *cough cough rolento*
It's only shaky cam footage, but it's all the video we're gonna get out of the ESWC due to organization changes. It's still neat to see someone take a match from Justin Wong, and Marn really puts up a great fight.
This artical was taken directly from iplaywinner.com
Azrael over at SRK translated the recent issue of Arcadia Magazine which includes a tier list for Super Street Fighter 4 complied by both Mago and Nemo. The interview contains a lot of interesting thoughts on the cast from both players and is definitely worth the read.
On that note, iPlayWinner will release our July tier list in the following days so stay tuned to see how our list compares with theirs.
Thanks to KillaSasa on NeoGAF for finding this.
Full translation from Azrael:
The recent Arcadia had a tier listing plus interview with Mago and Nemo. They compiled two lists - a "Global" list based on info they've compiled from talking to players, on messageboards, etc. And an Arcadia list that they themselves put together.
A: Guile, Abel, Chun, Bison, E.Honda, Balrog, Rose, Blanka
B: Ryu, Sim, Vega, Ken, Rufus, C.Viper, Akuma, Fei, Cammy, Gouken, ELF, Cody, Sagat, Ibuki, Zangief, Seth, Guy, Adon
C: Sakura, Dudley, Juri, Dee Jay, Hakan, Makoto, Dan, T.Hawk, Gen
Makoto (Vega) vs. Uryo (C.Viper) - Seems one sided at first, but it comes around to seem an unfair fight for the other guy, but then goes straight back to being one-sided. This shows just how dynamic a Best to 10 match can be when you're having top tier players downloading and re-downloading each others play styles.
The next round dates have not yet been announced, but we will be seeing Daigo's Ryu, YHC-Mochi's Dhalsim, Sakonoko's Cammy, and Makoto's Vega all battle it out! Look here for more updates.

kineda.com is a very stylish website that brings fashion, hit chicks and street fighter together like no other.
Kineda.com is run by a very cool dude named Terry NG. He also offers very awesome street fighter relate T-shirts and is known to host online Tournaments and and Beat-the-pro type sessions (although he is not a pro: p ) and gives away free t-shirts to whoever can beat him.
Overall the site is great and will have you coming back for ^_^¥ .
The final show in our series of Evo game specials, this week has Super Street Fighter II HD Remix as its focus. To help us, we welcome top HDr player and community contribution super-star Damdai to the program. We talk Akuma, characters, players, and more in this week's cup of Wakeup.
The final match of Daigo's invitational tournament in Japan will take place quite early on Saturday morning, with the first set to take place at 8 a.m. Central Standard Time. The match will be a "Best to 10" between Makoto playing Vega/Claw and Uryo playing C.Viper. It's definitely a unique match-up, so it'll be interesting to see how it pans out.
However, if you haven't taken a look at the other matches that have already taken place, it's a good opportunity to see some top tier players go at it. Stay tuned for more news! (Videos after the jump!)
Kant is a Laredoan and old buddy of mine who recently picked up SSFIV and liked it so much that he ordered a TE Joystick! He is very interested in participating in our local tournaments, and leveling up his game!
Welcome Kant! I will be looking forward to reading your posts!
