Azrael over at SRK translated the recent issue of Arcadia Magazine which includes a tier list for Super Street Fighter 4 complied by both Mago and Nemo. The interview contains a lot of interesting thoughts on the cast from both players and is definitely worth the read.
On that note, iPlayWinner will release our July tier list in the following days so stay tuned to see how our list compares with theirs.
Thanks to KillaSasa on NeoGAF for finding this.

Quick summary of the Mago/Nemo interview -
Mago proposes Balrog, Honda, Cammy, Fei Long, and Guile as top-tier. Especially Balrog. Nemo more or less agrees. Balrog didn't particularly change much, but since Sagat/Akuma dropped life became easier for him. Guile is top, but still has some hard fights such as Fuerte and Rose.
Mago doesn't feel that Ken/Vega are that strong. Ken still has problems with Blanka, Bison, and Sim. Vega still has problems with he gets rushed down.
Nemo says that Chun is solid, but still has problems with Viper and Akuma. He also feels that Rose will drop a bit - good footsies, but runs into problems when rushed down.
Mago - Abel is good, but he has to always be moving and putting on the pressure, so you can't win in a stable way.
On mid-level chars, Nemo says that Cammy should be ranked higher. Good offense and defense. Cody should be on the weaker side.
Mago says that Adon and Guy are ranked too high. Guy can chip away damage but he has problems with options. Nemo says that Adon is good against characters who don't have a good answer for Jaguar Kick, but has a hard time against those who do. Also, hard fight against those with a good FA.
On Ibuki, Mago says that her offense is good and she can do well against opponents who are locked up. However she doesn't have good footsies/normals, and fights against guys like Zangief, Hawk, and Honda will suck for her. However, she is the character to watch out of the new cast.
On Sagat and Akuma, Mago feels that Sagat is now mid-tier. He's can't luck out wins anymore (Mago says "accidental wins"). Having s.lk nerfed hurt too. Nemo says that Akuma, like Ibuki, will revolve around offense, but he's not as good as he was in IV, and he will have problems against top characters like Bison, Blanka, Honda, etc.
On low-tier, Mago says Hakan, Makoto, Dan, Hawk, and Guy. Nemo says that Riki's Hawk was pretty good, but he feels he will have too many bad matches, such as Akuma, Sagat, Guile. Nemo has Makoto and Hakan as his bottom two. Mago says that Makoto just has too much risk on offense and defense compared to the other characters. For Hakan, he's good when oiled, but there are too little opportunities for him to oil. Also, his command throws are weak. But Hakan can still get wins if the player dedicates himself.
Nemo played around with Dee Jay, Dudley, and Juri a bit. Dee Jay has good attack power and a solid projectile, so he isn't that bad. But when compared to Guile, he's not as good. Juri is good against character who can't counter her pinwheels, but against those who can things shift radically against her. Also, even if you charge up a bunch of fireballs, they don't do much damage. Mago says that Juri has a lot of interesting components, and as people figure out how to properly use her moves he can see her getting better. He would go with Ultra I against characters without good comeback power. Nemo says that using Dudley is fun, but it can be hard for him to close the distance against certain opponents. If DF+RH and c.lk had more priority (?) and could be option selected then Dudley would be a whole lot stronger. You also have to take stun values into account when playing as him.
Both Nemo and Mago say that character matchups play an important part in this game, maybe more so than any other game. There are lots of examples where a lower tiered character has a great matchup against a higher tiered one, with Fuerte vs Guile as an example. Both say that rather than picking your character based on their ranking, players should pick based on fight style and preference. Mago says that even though Makoto and Hakan are the weakest, there are strong players for both characters, and this is a game where character weakness can be covered by player skill.
Mago says talking about rankings is fun, but if that's all you care about you won't enjoy the game. Not to say just pick whoever you like, but if you only pay attention to the ranking you won't become good. Nemo says he spends lots of time in Training, takes it to Ranked, and even if he loses he doesn't sweat it. He was also surprised by Mago's Fei Long. Mago says he isn't playing much Sagat anymore, and he might take on Gouken next.
